Founded in 1986, Hunter Systems has become a leading developer of administration software for private schools and non-profit organizations. Our School Minder product is installed at over 3000 schools in the US and around the world.

From our office in Birmingham, AL we support each client and work to continually develop and improve our products. Customers on our Support and Maintenance program get free product updates sent to them whenever we release them during the year.

We pride ourselves in the power yet affordability of our products. You will not find a more value-based product suite in our market. Schools with smaller budgets and simpler needs will feel right at home here, as will schools with more elaborate needs.

It has always been our goal to address the needs of the private education and non-profit market on multiple levels and incorporate them into our products. Years ago we went beyond our tuition billing and student records model and took on the business needs of the private school. And we have begun taking on the needs of the larger parent organizations, for example the reporting needs of a Catholic Diocese.

Our latest endeavor is to integrate the curriculum and mission standards of the many accreditation organizations supporting our private schools, to accommodate future shifts toward accountability. Creating automated means of accountability will ensure no child gets left behind.
