Activities/Sports
Document student participation in clubs, sports and other extracurricular activities. Record special achievement, skills, talents, and abilities that students demonstrate during the school year. Use this information to create special mailings or club and team rosters.

Attendance
You can record attendance by day and/or by period. Absences and tardies can be marked with reason-specific codes and can be classified as excused or unexcused. Many great reports are available, including student or grade level listings and statistical summary reports.

Billing Menu
The School Minder Tuition & Billing system is a collection of programs that enable your school to manage and implement all of your billing operations. You can assess all types of charges from tuition to fees, give discounts and credits, collect payments and pre-payments, and print a variety of reports and statements.

Discipline/Merit
Maintain a complete history of discipline and merit incidents. Create a log of merit/demerit units assigned so that the discipline query can detect and monitor them. Use the reporting features to key on the date field and manage follow-up actions by flagging the action as it is completed.

Faculty Records
Maintain complete records on your faculty and staff. Transform your faculty database into a resource center of skills, talents, and prior experience which you can draw from.

Grading & Transcripts
Grades for the current school year can be entered by student or by class. Define as many different grade scales as your school needs. You can enter academic grades as well as conduct/effort grades and comments. Term grades can be automatically averaged for you. Grades for prior school years are maintained in the transcript module, along with ACT & SAT test scores. School Minder prints great looking report cards and transcripts that can enhance the professional image of your school. Pre-printed transcript and report card forms are available through our forms department.

Medical
Keep extensive records on medical history, allergies, immunizations, doctors, and emergency contacts. Create an accident log; include steps the school staff took in response to an accident; or document directions given by a student's doctor or parents.

Photographs
Many schools like having an updated picture available at the touch of a key. Many yearbook publishers make files of student pictures available to school offices for just this purpose.

Schedules
Always know where your students are any time of the day with the click of your mouse! Schedules display period, room location, and instructor information. Schedules can be viewed or printed.

Student Records
Student Records provides you with quick access to every student related function in School Minder. With a few mouse clicks, you view a student's profile, schedule, report card, and medical history - whatever information you need at the moment!

System Administration
System Administration is your control center for accessing your software "tool box". From this menu, you can set up your faculty records, classes, departments, periods, codes - everything necessary to customize School Minder for your school.

Student Profile
The student profile screen gives you access to all essential student information including address and phone number. The graphical toolbar, located at the top of the student profile screen, enables you to view secondary student information screens with one click of the mouse. File folder tabs organize important student information. User definable text, list, and date fields enable you to customize School Minder's database to maintain student information unique to your school.
